Career and Experience

Born in Guatemala City in 1975.  Studies of Master in Commercial Law and Business Management from Business School of Francisco Marroquin University; are Attorney at Law, and Notary Public, from Francisco Marroquin University.   Her experience includes: advice regarding in legal aspects of Corporate Law, Business Investment, Due Diligence for Mergers and Acquisitions, Distribution and Agency Contracts, Project Finance and foreign investment, Civil Law, Trusts, Family Patrimony Planning, Patent & Trademark Law, Tax and Fiscal Planning. She does the interpretation and utilization of benefits in Free Trade Agreements. Acted as advisor for real estate projects. Bring a legal advice for Banking and Finance operations. Experience with Commercial Arbitration.
